Who this policy covers

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how Chandan Saha, trading as Trelio Digital ("Trelio Digital", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information, and how we use cookies, in connection with this website (trelio.co.za) and our contact form, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

This policy applies to visitors to this website and to prospective and existing clients who contact us. It does not cover websites we build for our clients, each of those sites should have its own privacy and cookie policy covering how that client collects and uses information from their own visitors.

02 · Who we are

Who we are

Trelio Digital is the "responsible party" under POPIA for the personal information described in this policy, meaning we determine how and why it is processed. Chandan Saha acts as our Information Officer, the person responsible for POPIA compliance and for handling any requests or concerns you raise under this policy.

03 · Information we collect

Information we collect

We collect personal information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is collected automatically as you browse.

If you contact us directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp instead of the form, we collect whatever information you share with us through that channel.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site automatically collects some technical information as you browse, such as your approximate location (based on IP address), browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This happens through the cookies and similar technologies described in clause 5.
